I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my stay at your hotel, specifically on the evening of Saturday, May 23rd, 2026. I want to highly commend Emilia, who was working the night shift. I encountered a stressful situation when I get lose in Kangaroo Island, Emilia handled it with the utmost professionalism, patience, and kindness. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, instantly making me feel valued and looked after as a guest. Her warm attitude and excellent problem-solving skills are a true asset to your team and greatly enhanced my experience at your hotel. Please convey my personal thanks and appreciation to Emilia. It is because of dedicated staff like her that I would highly recommend Kangaroo Island Ozone Hotel to others. Thank you once again for the wonderful hospitality.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team surprised us with a beautiful detail in our room when we arrived, which made our stay even more special. The room was very clean and nicely presented, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture and the great service. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful and unexpectedly heartwarming stay at Kangaroo Island Ozone Hotel thanks to Joey and the amazing staff.
Our electric car battery unfortunately went completely flat after our trip from Remarkable Rocks, and we had to get the car towed late at night to the nearest charging station — which happened to be right in front of Kangaroo Island Ozone Hotel. Since it was already very late and freezing cold, we tried our luck asking if there were any available rooms despite Agoda showing the hotel as fully booked.

Thankfully, Joey, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to help us. He managed to find the last remaining room for us and even kindly held it while we waited for confirmation from our car insurance company that the stay would be covered. Even before we officially became guests, Joey welcomed us warmly, gave us water, and let us stay comfortably in the lobby instead of waiting outside in the cold. His kindness and hospitality truly meant so much to us after such a stressful situation.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit the three of us. Joey was also incredibly generous and even fixed out the extra bed for us. We also really loved the bathroom amenities — especially the Ink & Water soaps and toiletries, which felt thoughtful and luxurious after a long day of travel.

Thank you again to Joey and the whole team for turning such a stressful night into something we’ll genuinely remember fondly. Your kindness, warmth, and hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Kangaroo Island!

Yesterday we checked in to stay for one night. I asked whether the room allocated had a walk-in shower.
The Receptionist was Aaron and he advised it had a shower over a bath. Aaron could see I had a significant disability and, despite our Travel Agent not advising the Hotel of my needs, he changed our room to accommodate my above-knee amputation.

It is recommended that Aaron be recognised for his exemplary customer service by a senior manager at an appropriate corporate occasion

Just a quick email to say we dined at your restaurant one Saturday, just recently, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Fabi looked after us with a genuine love of his job with Eleni doing a magnificent job of coolly running the floor with individual attention to all customers. Fabi went the extra mile to help us stay in visual with our dog who waited outside. So grateful for this. We really enjoyed the vegan eggplant dish which we believe was the job of an apprentice so a big thank you for taking the time to make something so thoughtfully. It was noticed. And my steak was cooked perfectly! Thanks so much team, clearly management is great to work with. We are coming back! Sincerely Virginia
