Cancellation Policy – Ozone Hotel Kangaroo Island

Flexible Rate
·    Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the day of arrival (based on a 15:00 check-in time) will incur no charge.
·    Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking value.
·    No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
·    Full pre-payment is required upon check-in.

Travel Advisory
Ozone Hotel Kangaroo Island is located on Kangaroo Island, which is accessible by both ferry and air travel. Transport to the island may be subject to weather or other operational disruptions. Please note that our cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of any third-party travel delays or cancellations. We strongly recommend guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen travel interruptions.

Check-in / Check-out
·    Check-in: 15:00 – 21:30
·    Check-out: 06:30 – 10:00

Children & Extra Beds
·    Children are welcome up to and including 12 years of age.
·    Availability of extra beds and cots depends on the selected room type and is subject to availability.

Additional Conditions
·    Valid photo identification and a credit card are required upon check-in for security and incidentals.
·    In the absence of a credit card, a $200 cash bond will be required.
·    Pets are not permitted on the property; however, registered assistance animals are welcome in accordance with relevant legislation.
