Be it a small meeting of 5 or a conference of 140 delegates, the Aurora Ozone Hotel has the ideal event space to meet your requirements, with 77 accommodation rooms onsite set on the foreshore of the stunning Nepean Bay.
Our versatile conference facilities offer integrated audio visual equipment, registration and facilitators tables, lectern with 1 wireless microphone, conference pads, pens, mints, bottled water and complimentary WiFi for all delegates.

Function Room Capacity
Located onsite, in our main hotel building, our function rooms are situated on the ground floor with undisrupted, spectacular sea views. Suitable for as little as 5 up to 144 guests, our Seal Bay Room and Nepean Bay Room both have access to our private Emu Bay Bar and lounge area suitable for pre-drinks and canapés. Our function rooms can be configured to your needs and both come with a selection of audiovisual equipment. Our professional team will work with you to cater to your needs from a 2 hour team presentation, 5 day conference, cocktail party, lunch or dinner.

We can also assist in building your Kangaroo Island itinerary, whether it be a cellar door degustation or an Island tour for your delegates, we can cater for you.
Meeting Packages
We have a range of packages available from Day Delegate Packages to Over Night Packages, as well as Special Event Dinners. Delegates have access to all areas of our Hotel including the Pool, Sauna and Zone Restaurant.
