Conveniences include complimentary WiFi, tea & coffee, and bathroom amenities. Suitable for up to 4 guests.

The Poolside Family Disabled Access Room includes: Wide doorways, Low light switches, Step-free shower cubicles, Step-free thresholds, Easy accessible TV and Aircon Remote, Adjustable shower head, Easy reach basin and taps, Bathroom Rails, Shower Chair.

🌟 Big shoutout to our amazing Front Office Manager, Casey! 🌟

Casey has been very busy lately, and recently won the YBATT Exceptional Customer Service Award at the Kangaroo Island Employment Awards, as well as receiving her certificate of completion for the Kangaroo Island Future Leaders Program.

When asked what her favourite part of her job as Front Office Manager is, Casey says, “In my role, I’ve embraced growth opportunities, including a Mental Health First Aid course, understanding its importance in our industry.”
She also said that the Future Leaders program, which ran over a 6-month period, gave her an astounding amount of self-confidence and personal growth.

From starting as a Guest Service Agent during the pandemic to leading our front office in just over a year, Casey embodies dedication and resilience. Her passion for hospitality and customer service runs deep, and she’s a proud mom to two wonderful children who motivate her every day.

We are so very proud and are excited to see what the future holds for Casey! ✨
