  • "Yesterday we checked in to stay for one night. I asked whether the room allocated had a walk-in shower. The Receptionist was Aaron and he advised it had a shower over a bath. Aaron could see I had a significant disability and, despite our Travel Agent not advising the Hotel of my needs, he changed our room to accommodate my above-knee amputation. It is recommended that Aaron be recognised for his exemplary customer service by a senior manager at an appropriate corporate occasion."
