• The Oyster Farm Shop in American River: This is the place to enjoy some of the freshest oysters you’ll ever taste. The shop offers a range of seafood delights, including their famous Pacific oysters, abalone, and local fish, all caught around Kangaroo Island.
• KI Fresh Seafoods in Kingscote: For a casual yet delicious seafood meal, head to KI Fresh Seafoods. They offer a variety of seafood options, including the renowned King George whiting, cooked to perfection.

• Sunset Food and Wine: Overlooking the beautiful American River, this boutique restaurant focuses on local produce and seafood. The menu is a testament to the island’s rich culinary offerings, paired with stunning views. Open for summer from mid-December to late April/Early May each year. Opening Hours: Lunch: Tuesday – Saturday : 12:00-2:30; Dinner: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 18:00-22:00. During the New Year and Easter Holiday we will be open 7 days/week.
