Welcome Party – Thursday 16th February
Kick off your festivities for the Kangaroo Island Cup at the Ozone Hotel. Our Guest MC is former international and Hall of Fame Jockey Dwayne Dunn – He has ridden over 2500 winners with prize money in excess of 100 million dollars. He originally came from Kangaroo Island.
Time: Doors open at 6:30
Entertainment: Live music – Local artist Jungli Slumber and special guest speaker
Included: Bottomless grazing board with oysters and 3 drinks.

Calcutta Night – Friday 17th February
Tickets on sale in the Bistro 5:30pm – 8pm Calcutta is drawn at 8:30pm
Purchase tickets on sale in our Bistro – $5.00 each, or a book of 10 for $50.00
This is how the Calcutta works:
- 10 winning tickets are drawn
- Each ticket is then offered for sale to the public by auction.
- Holders of a winning ticket receive half the winning bid of their ticket (Horse).
- The other half of each winning bid is placed in the Calcutta Pool.
- Successful auction bidders receive dividends from the Calcutta Pool, when the results of the Dudley Wines KI Cup are known. First 70%, second 20%, third 10%.

Race After Party – Saturday 18th February
Head to the Ozone Hotel after to enjoy some drinks and dancing for a good time with friends. We have live entertainment in the Nepean Bay Room from Adelaide cover band ‘No Matter What’ and a DJ in the front bar.
Cost: $5 entry
If you would like dinner on any of these evenings you must make a reservation. All dinner bookings from Wednesday – Saturday have the below T&C’s.

Race week bookings will require credit card details at the time of booking.
Cancellations or no shows on the day of your booking will incur a strict $20pp charge.
Important dining information:
- We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time.
- We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.
- Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 6; and 2 hours for parties of 7+.
