Their signature KIS Wild Gin is made in small batches, London Dry style, and distilled with native Juniper foraged from the wild coast of Kangaroo Island, finished with fresh limes from the nearby Fleurieu Peninsula. Enjoy it served with local herbs and dehydrated fruit. And be sure to try their Old Tom Gin, lightly aged in small re-charred French oak barrels. The addition of local aniseed and lemon myrtles add sweet characters to this classic old-style gin.
