This itinerary is designed to help you make the most of your visit, exploring the island’s natural beauty, wildlife, and local attractions:
Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation
Morning: Arrive on Kangaroo Island via the ferry or flight and check-in at the Aurora Ozone Hotel.
Afternoon: Settle into your accommodation, relax by the hotel’s pool, or take a stroll along Kingscote Beach.
Evening: Enjoy dinner at the Zone Restaurant & Bar, savouring our delicious seafood and local wine offerings.
Day 2: Wildlife Encounters
Breakfast at the Zone
Morning: Head to Seal Bay Conservation Park for a guided tour to observe Australian sea lions up close.
Afternoon: Visit Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park to interact with kangaroos, wallabies, and other native animals.
Evening: Return to the hotel for a cozy dinner at Zone Restaurant & Bar to unwind in the friendly atmosphere while enjoying the endless views over Nepean Bay.

Day 3: Explore the West End
Breakfast at the Zone
Morning: Drive to Flinders Chase National Park on the western end of the island.
Afternoon: Explore Admirals Arch and Remarkable Rocks, capturing stunning photos of these iconic landmarks.
Evening: Enjoy a picnic dinner within the national park or return to the hotel for dinner at Zone Restaurant.

Day 4: Wine Tasting and Scenic Views
Breakfast at the Zone
Morning: Visit some of Kangaroo Island’s newest cellar doors, such as False Cape Wines or Bay of Shoals Wines, for wine tasting.
Lunch: Check out the Gourmet on the Deck Food & Wine Experience at the Islander Estate Vineyards, The Islander Estate Vineyards is Kangaroo Island’s only 5-Star Halliday-rated winery.
Afternoon: Take a scenic drive along the northern coast, stopping at Emu Bay Lavender Farm and Winery for more wine tasting and lavender fields.
Evening: Return to Kingscote and dine at a local restaurant or at the hotel’s restaurant, depending on your preference.

Day 5: Coastal Exploration
Breakfast at the Zone
Morning: Drive to Stokes Bay and explore the hidden beach accessed through a natural rock tunnel.
Afternoon: Go on a quad-bike adventure, the only quad tour that can take you to the Edge of the Earth. Located at beautiful Vivonne Bay, enjoy some of the most picturesque scenery on Kangaroo Island with views of the Southern Ocean, a visit to a remote beach which has been rated as one of the top 100 surf beaches in Australia, and ride through the natural scrub which is home to hundreds of wallabies, kangaroos and other wildlife.
Evening: Enjoy a farewell dinner at the hotel while reminiscing about your Kangaroo Island adventure.
Day 6: Departure
Morning: Check-out from the Aurora Ozone Hotel and head to the ferry terminal or airport for your departure.
